How to display usage using Liquid variables

Issue

• We’d like to be able to display the usage of each application associated with a logged-in user. This includes usage of both metrics and methods.
  For example, using only liquid template variables, we would like to display to the user a message like:
  "For your application, [app name], you have used [x] of [y] [name of metric/method]s."
  Which could translate to:
  “For your application, Hello World Application, you have used 155 of 200 Writes.”
