Dell Precision 7520 boots to black screen in RHEL 7.6
Issue
- Dell Precision 7520 boots to black screen and is unresponsive after updating to RHEL 7.6
- System appears to deadlock when booting to the GUI in kernel 3.10.0.957.el7.x86_64
- System has to be hard reset to recover
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.6
kernel-3.10.0.957.el7.x86_64- Gnome 3.28
- Dell Precision 7520 which is certified for RHEL 7.3+
