VNC fails launching the 9th screen during boot time, requires a service restart to fix.
Issue
- VNC only starts 9 out of 14 screens at boot time
- Work around is to restart the VNC service.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Update 5
- vnc-server-4.1.2-14.el5_3.1.x86_64
- rhgb-0.16.4-8.el5.x86_64
