VMs that have been Removed from Disk are in an Orphaned State for VMware Provider

Issue

VMs are being retired and removed from disk. The VMs no longer are on the VMware Datastore, yet CloudForms has these VMs as Orphaned (meaning VM is still on disk) rather than archived (meaning VM has been removed from disk).
