RHV engine database dump collected using log collector is showing format as ASCII text
Issue
- The
enginedatabase dump collected using log collector is showing below format.
file pgdump-scl-rh-postgresql95.tar
pgdump-scl-rh-postgresql95.tar: ASCII text, with very long lines
- It's having a fixed size of 25 MB although the dump collected manually using the same command is having 102 MB.
du -sch pgdump-scl-rh-postgresql95.tar
25M pgdump-scl-rh-postgresql95.tar
du -sch 40-pgdump
102M 40-pgdump
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.2.
- ovirt-log-collector-4.2.7.
- sos-3.6.
