Does virtio-net multiqueue use all queues by default?
Issue
- Does virtio-net multiqueue use all queues by default?
- RHV VMs receiving inconsistent receive-side-scaling / interface multiqueue numbers with identical VM configurations.
- RHEL 6 guests with multiqueue enabled in VM settings and more than one vCPU do not get multiqueue. RHEL 7 guests appear to be working.
