Globally uncaught exception occurs trying to view JBoss ON platform utilization report when a platform in inventory belongs to an agent that has since been reconfigured for another server
Issue
- We are getting the error
Globally uncaught exception - Platform utilization report or portlet fails to be generated
Environment
- JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.1
- Accessing the platform utilization report or portlet
- One or more platforms in inventory belong to an agent that is no longer connected to the affected server
- An agent that is no longer connected to the affected server is running and registered and connected to a different server
