With multiple UserStorage SPIs, only the first SPI encountered is being used.
Issue
- If isValid() returns false on one SPI, it doesn't move on to the next SPI in priority order.
Environment
- Red Hat Single Sign-On 7.2
- Multiple UserStorageProviders that also implement CredentialInputValidator.isValid()
