isolcpus and process load balancing/scheduling within cpuset
Issue
- Cgroup cpuset is not balancing tasks on CPUs isolated via
isolcpuskernel parameter - After kernel update, tasks are not balanced properly
- Before kernel update, tasks/processes are load balanced and automatically scheduled across CPUs including ones listed in the
isolcpuskernel parameter
