Redeploy node certificates fails due to syntax error when calling the restart node playbook
Issue
Running the 'redeploy-node-certificates.yml' playbooks fails on the task name: 'Wait for node to be ready', with a syntax error in the 'retries: 24' line on the ' /usr/share/ansible/openshift-ansible/playbooks/common/openshift-node/restart.yml' file.
