Unable to register hypervisor on the manager, manager says unknown state after first hypervisor reboot in a RHEV environement
Issue
- Hypervisor (rhev-h, ) apear on the manager "active" the after installation but never after a reboot.
- Cannot install rhel-host, fails after "vds_bootstrap.py download succeeded" on "Unable to fetch vdsm22 package"

- RHEV (all version, all possible combinations)
