Why HA VMs in RHV fails to start with error "Failed to get "write" lock"
Issue
- The
High Available (HA)
VMs in RHV fails to start with the below error.

- The host where the VMs are running went down. However, the HA VMs fails to start and engine reports that it failed because of qemu
OFD
locking.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.2.
- NFS storage domain.
