Satellite6 receives more and more ancient OpenSCAP reports, each and every 30 minutes

Issue

Some clients are or were configured to send OpenSCAP reports. After removing some SCAP policies or deleting some hosts or some other unknown activity, we see that something is sending SCAP reports with old timestamps - each and every 30 minutes.

The reports are rejected with 404 Not found or 500 Internal Server Error, but they are sent after 30 minutes again.

What is causing those old reports of e.g. deleted hosts to be repeatedly re-sent?
