When using the graphical kickstart in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 the graphical installer doesn't start

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

While using the default install option of the RHEL6 Beta 2 DVD on a desktop with an nVidia FX 4600 card and a 30" screen (HP LP3065), the text screen gets garbled upon the load of the nouveau kernel module.

The screen is garbled where the nouveau drivers tries to initialize a 132x50 console text mode. Where the lower and right part of the blue text screen is mapped back to the upper and left part of the screen (it only shows approximately half of the full screen). This "hides" the "Choose a language" dialog box.
Booting the "Install system with basic video driver" shows the text screen in 80x25 mode normally but upon loading the Graphical Installer after the media check, the screen flickers 3 times and then turns black. A cold reboot is needed to bring back the machine.
