Apache modules missing from httpd package

Issue

• In the JBoss 6.x Application platform channel there is a httpd package. It is a more recent version than the httpd package in the base channel, so it overrides the base channel package. The JBoss package is missing several Apache shared objects - mod_file_cache.so, mod_imagemap.so, and mod_mem_cache.so. These shared objects are not available in any other package in the JBoss application platform channel.

• We have upgraded from EWS 1.0 to EWS 2.0 and getting a failure to load mod_file_cache.so and mod_mem_cache.so modules. It looks these modules are missing in EWS 2.0.
