Crystal Reports 2016 Report Application Server Fails on RHEL 7.2 and later.

Issue

• A new installation of SAP Crystal Server 2016 on Linux RHEL 7.2 may fail to install.
• You may receive errors such as /isKeycodeValid error.
• In the Central Management Console you may find that the service needed to run to utilize the features of “Crystal Report Server”, the Application Server shows "Failed" and won’t start properly.
• You may receive the message: "The ReportApplicationServer Failed to start and cannot be started."
