OpenShift Node error iptables-restore: invalid option -- '5'

Issue

• Updating the host cause no route to host when connecting to the kubernetes service IP.
• Cannot install OpenShift 3.7 in RHEL 7.6.
• After patching RHEL 7.6, in the master journal logs throws error:

 network: CNI request failed with status 400: 'Failed to execute iptables-restore: exit status 1 (iptables-restore: invalid option -- '5'

• Connection errors when connecting to master api.

dial tcp 172.30.0.1:443 getsockopt: no route to host

• Installation playbook fails with:
