Why are all resources in the cluster in 'Stopped' state when fence_mpath is configured?

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • All resources in the cluster appears in state Stopped and it's not possible to start them up via pcs resource enable.
  • Restarting the cluster does not help.
  • It's not possible to move the resources between the cluster nodes either.
  • The following messages are seen in the logs:
