Queries on Topic Operator and Kafka Resource

Issue

While installing Topic Operator, there is a prerequisiste defined "A Kafka resource to be created or updated", but it has not been specified clearly how we should create or configure Kafka resource.

Prerequisites

- A running Cluster Operator
- A Kafka resource to be created or updated

We have come across few questions while installing TopicOperator,
• One of the prerequisite is “A Kafka resource”, but how to create or configure Kafka resource is not clear in the guide.
