AWS Autoscaling does not work in disconnected AWS install
Issue
- Currently the AWS DNS Suffix (amazonaws.com) is hardcoded into the go-aws-sdk that is being utilized in the AWS autoscaler feature for OCP 3.11.
- Any OCP disconnected deployment on an AWS cloud that is not hosted on amazonaws.com will fail when attempting to deploy with the auto-scaler.
