atomic-openshift-node does not start on masters if all of them are stopped on OpenShift 3.10
Issue
- Docker is running on masters, but
apiserver,controllersandetcdstatic pods are stopped. - When trying to start atomic-openshift-node in masters, it gets stuck and never starts.
- Bootstrap errors are shown at atomic-openshift-node log.
Environment
- OpenShift
- 3.10
- 3-master installation with etcd colocated
