Issue

When provisioning a service an error similar to the following is encountered:

Error Calling Provision     The provision call failed and will be retried: Error communicating with broker for provisioning: Put https://apiserver.openshift-template-service-broker.svc:443/brokers/template.openshift.io/v2/service_instances/9b9770c0-7005-49e3-8555-d605908061a4?accepts_incomplete=true: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
