ip-access-control does not work with proxy-peer-address

Issue

We've configured an ip-access-control. JBoss is behind a proxy so we set proxy-peer-address as well. But ip-access-control does not seem to check the X-Forwarded-For value as should be provided due to proxy-peer-address.
