yum fails with error: [Errno 14] curl#22 - "HTTP returned error"
Issue
Yum commands fail when SSL inspection enabled proxy is used:
# yum repolist
Loaded plugins: langpacks, product-id, search-disabled-repos, subscription-manager

Trying other mirror.

Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- proxy server is configured in /etc/rhsm.conf
- proxy server has SSL inspection enabled
