Active mode FTP transfer through squid proxy causes squid to crash.

Issue

  • Data transfer in Active mode to the FTP server fails, the following errors are logged on enabling debugging in squid.
    comm_old_accept: FD 15: (22) Invalid argument
    FTP data connection from unexpected server ([::]), expecting 192.168.1.155
    assertion failed: comm.cc:1583: "fd >= 0"

  • squid-3.1.10
