When provisioning a discovered host with hammer, --parameter will be ignored
Issue
- hammer discovery provision: --parameter will be ignored
- Install with discovery image fails - http error 500
- Installing a system with discovery image and using hammer command to provision the host parameters which will be set with --parameter will be ignored
