What does teaming tx_balancer do?

- What does teaming
tx_balancerdo? - In the teamd configuration there is also an option to configure TX balancing for either the
loadbalanceorlacprunners, via thetx_balanceroption. Are you able to explain how this one works? - We would like to understand how teamd works on the ARP and MAC level. Is this similar to what is described for mode 6 bonding transmit?
- How packets are balanced, how the decision to balance is made, in a teaming device with tx_balance active.
