Unable to perform disconnected Red Hat Satellite 6.4 installation using installation media.

Issue

  • Red Hat Satellite 6.4 installation fails with rubygem-foreman_maintain dependency package.
# ./install_packages
This script will install the satellite packages on the current machine.
   - Ensuring we are in an expected directory.
   - Copying installation files.
   - Creating a Repository File
   - Creating RHSCL Repository File
   - Checking to see if Satellite is already installed.
   - Importing the gpg key.
Error: Package: katello-3.7.0-8.el7sat.noarch (satellite-local)
           Requires: rubygem-foreman_maintain >= 0.2.2
Error: Package: katello-service-3.7.0-8.el7sat.noarch (satellite-local)
           Requires: rubygem-foreman_maintain >= 0.2.2
Error: Package: foreman-proxy-content-3.7.0-8.el7sat.noarch (satellite-local)
           Requires: rubygem-foreman_maintain >= 0.2.2
Error while executing command: 'yum install -y satellite'
