sosreport collects truncated PCP pmlogger binaries that are useless

pmlogger binary logfiles (/var/log/pcp/pmlogger/$(hostname)/<unique-name>.0) exceed 100MB in size
sosreport in that case truncates them to collect just 100MB tail of them
such a tail of a binary file is useless
