ACL regression in MRG Messaging 2.3
Issue
We are noticing a regression in ACL behavior from MRG 2.2 to MRG 2.3.
With MRG 2.2, the ACL white-list file below allowed the user to delete and create queues using qpid-config.
The same ACL with MRG 2.3 does not allow the deletion and creation of queues.
What are minimum additional permissions that must be granted to be able to delete/create queues in MRG 2.3 using qpid-config?
