Some public Bugzilla tickets not showing up in internet search engines

Issue

• In attempting to investigate a kernel panic, searching Red Hat's Bugzilla for related panics found no results. Later it was found out that there were publicly readable Bugzilla tickets with the panic, but they had not been crawled by internet search engines.
