Wacom tracking is mapping incorrectly in relative mode in RHEL6

Issue

• When set to relative mode, the rate of cursor movement is different horizontally than from vertically, which is different than previously RHEL 6.1. In the previous driver, the movement was more predictable in this same mode, and moved like the mouse does ("mouse mode" in other drivers), along with a speed setting.
