How Do I Change The JVM Timezone?

Issue

• Looking at our JBoss logs, we notice that the timezone is incorrect. How do we explicitly set the timezone at the JVM level?
• JBoss logs show an hour behind the actual time.
• We change the o/s system time zone to UTC and restarted the o/s that has Jboss running, we expected Jboss to pick up these changes and start logging to server.log with the new UTC timezone, but that is not happening.
