How can I restrict ssh agent forwarding by my RHEL5 ssh server?

Issue

AllowAgentForwarding is not recognized on sshd_config on my RHEL5 server but it is on my RHEL6 server. Why is that?
We need to have agent forwarding disabled on our RHEL5.9 servers.
