IPA web UI will not allow single sign-on

Issue

  • After obtaining a valid Kerberos ticket and configuring Firefox to use Kerberos credentials to authenticate to the IPA web UI, a dialog box is displayed indicating that Firefox has already been configured for single sign-on. However, an error message indicating that the user's Kerberos ticket is invalid is displayed on subsequent login attempts.
