Issue

Many OpenShift nodes of the same cluster have been deployed on many different subnets.
NATs exist between those subnets
OpenShift SDN is in use with networkpolicy plugin
If network policies or netnamespaces allow it, we want pods on those nodes to communicate with any other pod in the cluster
