  • On an HP ProLiant server running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, when attempting to generate an NMI using the NMI button or the Virtual NMI button from the Integrated Lights-Out 3 (iLO 3), kdump does not initiate and the following message is displayed:

    kernel: NMI: IOCK error (debug interrupt?)
