"ISPN000371: Cannot remove cache configuration" in JBoss EAP

Issue

• An application using the legacy Hibernate interface (SessionFactory/Session) is deployed with level 2 cache enabled
  • A custom cache region my-cache-one is configured referencing a custom cache template in the standalone*.xml or domain.xml

• During shutdown of the JBoss EAP JVM, a WARN message is recorded in the server.log

  ... MSC000004: Failure during stop of service org.wildfly.clustering.infinispan.cache-configuration.hibernate.my-cache-configs.my-cache-one: java.lang.IllegalStateException: ISPN000371: Cannot remove cache configuration 'my-cache-configs.my-cache-one' because it is in use
