Why auditd service throws WARNING = 32/64 bit syscall mismatch

Issue

When I restart auditd I receive following error :

/util/cis20 # service auditd restart
Stopping auditd:                                           [  OK  ]
Starting auditd:                                           [  OK  ]
WARNING - 32/64 bit syscall mismatch in line 131, you should specify an arch

what is causing this error and how do we fix it ?
