Triggering a build in OpenShift from GitHub via webhook times out

Issue

The firewall has been configured to allow connections to ports 22, 80, 443, 9418 to the all of the master nodes in the OpenShift cluster. However, when attempting to establish a webhook from github to a local OpenShift environment, it is timing out with the following message:

  We couldn’t deliver this payload: Service Timeout
