Autofs fails to mount my NFS share.

Issue

autofs isn't mounting my NFS4 share and I have specific options that I need the share mounted with.
Manual mounting works fine.
My /etc/auto.<share> file contains:

share   ro,soft,tcp,nolock    server:/exported/share
