Why doesn't my application's pop-up window get focus in GNOME/Metacity when using no_focus_windows in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5?
Issue
When using the "no_focus_windows" option in GNOME the pop-up window from an application that has focus doesn't get focus when the pop-up window is first started. This happens for dialog boxes, new windows and panes.
