noVNC problem with keymap - SPICE connection unavailable due to restricted hypervisor-subnet

Issue

  • We have a segmented network, all the hypervisors are in a subnet which is unable to be reached by a RHEV - user (VM administrator e.g.), we are experiencing a problem with the noVNC console and asking if Red Hat support has any experience dealing with keymap issues in the noVNC console.
