Unable to create Logical Volume.

Issue

• New logical volume is not getting created on Volume Groups.

• While attempting to create a new LV, it throws the following erroe:

  <<# lvcreate -L 2G -n testlv testvg
  /dev/testvg/testlv: not found: device not cleared
  Aborting. Failed to wipe start of new LV.>>
