[RHEV 3.1] User Portal login not timing out per UserSessionTimeOutInterval

Issue

RHEV User Portal does not automatially logout after a period of inactivity set by UserSessionTimeOutInterval parameter.A user needs to manually click the logout button to signout.
The UserSessionTimeOutInterval parameter affects the admin portal, which does timeout users, but it has no effect on the user portal.
