oc export to directory not working as expected in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform

Issue

• The oc export --help mentions that one can export Objects to a directory. If I do oc export ServiceAccount -f [dir-name], the following error message is reported:

error: when paths, URLs, or stdin is provided as input, you may not specify resource arguments as well

• How is oc export -f intended to work? The documentation is rather limited and not helping really.
