How to properly remove `SAPHana` resource from cluster configuration?

We have removed the SAPHana from cluster and after creating it again it seems to remember some old state data, how to remove them?
Why cluster node attribute lpa_rh2_lpt is not removed and persists even when related SAPHana resource was removed from cluster configuration? How to remove it?
