Using the name of the Vlan for RHEV provision no longer works for CloudForms 4.6

Issue

  • Passing the name of the vlan as a string no longer works for the prov.set_vlan method for Vm provisoins to the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) provider
  • This worked as of CloudForms 4.5, but stopped working after upgrading to CloudForms 4.6
