Where should I define/enable my CDI interceptors?

Issue

I have a common library of interceptors that is included in all of my deployments. I want to be able to enable the interceptor in the beans.xml included in the common library instead of the deployment's beans.xml. This would reduce redundancy since I would not have to enable my interceptors in every beans.xml in my deployments.
