How to use rotatelogs with mod_jk logs in Apache HTTPD?

Issue

I decided to use the rotatelogs in Apache HTTPD. I have some questions on how to rotate logs other than the access and error logs. Here is the line in httpd.conf that's not working:

CustomLog "| /apps/jboss/jws/httpd/sbin/rotatelogs /apps/jboss/jws/httpd/logs/mod_jk.log%Y.%m.%d 600" common
